To ensure the fastest possible delivery to you, we process all orders as soon as possible and often within a few minutes of the order being placed. Therefore to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will do our best to make the changes you require but if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure.
We use various shipping methods, depending on your location, the weight of the goods ordered and what delivery method you choose during the checkout procedure. If you are in the UK, and do not need a guaranteed delivery time, then the best option is often Royal Mail. This is the most inexpensive delivery method for parcels and in many cases we find that the parcels arrive the next day.
We also ship worldwide.
Providing the goods ordered are in stock, we will dispatch your order within one working day. Where part of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the items which are in stock within one working day, and send the remains to you as soon as they come back into stock. When this occurs, you will not be charged any extra for multiple shipments.
