How can I cancel my order?
You have the right to request to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 24 hours following the time we receive your order and prior to the dispatch of product.
How will my order be shipped?
We use various shipping methods. Depending on your locations, we will try to use the most efficient shipping method to your delivery address.
When will my order be dispatched?
Providing the goods ordered are in stock, we will dispatch your order within two working days. Where part of your order is out of stock, we will either communicate with you to replace with substitutes with your agreement or dispatch the items which are in stock within two working days, and send the remains to you as soon as they come back into stock. When this occurs, you will not be charged any extra for multiple shipments.
Will I be notified when the shipment is dispatched?
Yes, we will notify you by sending you a “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
Yes. On the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail, we will provide you with shipment reference number and the shipper. You can track the shipment status on the shipper’s website.
When will you charge me for my order?
You will be charged for your order when you checkout.
What payment methods are available?
You can now pay the order with PayPal and direct Bank Transfer.
Can I return my order?
Shop For Needlework (SFN) has NO RETURN policy. Therefore, SFN has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. There are no refunds. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
